I declare that I am in good health, physically fit, and adequately prepared to participate in this 4x4 race event. I understand the physical demands and inherent risks involved in motorsport and off-road racing. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and safety protocols set forth by the event organizers, sponsors, and the National Athletics Association of Zimbabwe (NAAZ), where applicable. I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably release, discharge, and indemnify the organizers, event sponsors, officials, marshals, and any associated personnel from any liability or responsibility for injury, loss, damage, or claim to myself, my vehicle, my property, my personal representatives, heirs, or assigns — arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event, including during pre-race and post-race activities.
